WHAT PRINTING STYLE DO YOU USE?
- Kill Evil™ garment graphics are screenprinted, a tried & true application, versus heat transfer or DTG (direct-to-garment) transfer printing. This style leads to a better quality print that lasts longer. For a more comfortable fitting garment, we apply a tag-less neck label using vinyl transfer.
RETURN / EXCHANGES
- We allow for all exchanges up to 2 weeks after the order has been delivered. Please keep in mind sizes and products may be sold-out.
- All cancellations / returns will be refunded in store credit only. No returns will be accepted and exchanged that have been worn extensively or have been damaged by the customer.
- The buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping unless your item is damaged upon arrival, then Kill Evil will gladly pay for return shipping. Once the item is received & accessed, Kill Evil will credit your account for the product purchased or immediately send out a replacement.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER / TRACKING NUMBER?
- Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for all national orders.
- Orders will include a tracking number which the customer will be provided with. Free free to use our chat to check on your order status.
- You also have the option to pay for faster shipping using USPS Express services at checkout.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
- Due to high international shipping costs we are only shipping inside the United States as of now. We plan to expand our shipping capabilities as time goes on. Feel free to email us at support@killevil.net with any custom orders if you reside outside of the U.S. and we will see if we can accommodate you. Thank you for understanding.
